More than just cables

  • Design and assembly of special cables as control or power cables in accordance with a wide range of standards and regulations (VG standards, DIN regulations, UL/CSA standards)
  • Processing of contacts, plugs and connectors (soldering, crimping, wrapping, pressing)
  • Assembly of cables with cross-sections from 0.14 mm² to 120 mm² (other cross-sections on request)
  • Approval of the Federal Office of Bundeswehr Equipment, Information Technology and In-Service Support for the assembly of shielded cables according to VG96927

We manufacture cable harnesses and complete systems ready to plug in according to the material plan. To do this, we personally get an idea of your product requirements on site. Only then do we assemble your cable systems. Just as you wish, as an individual solution or a complete package including plug connections, switch and control panels. Our specialty: complex and powerful cable systems for easy installation. On request, right through to commissioning and including the storage of spare parts and material packages: for minimum throughput times and maximum time and cost savings.

  • Cable harnesses with a size of up to 15 meters and a weight of more than 200 kg
  • Cable harnesses for devices with and without marking of the individual wires (direct printing on the cable or marking with commercially available marking systems)
  • Processing of splices and trouser fittings for the distribution of, for example, data signals in highly complex cable systems
