Around 40 employees belong to our Adolf Witte family at the Gettorf site near Kiel. Whether trainees, office clerks, engineers, foremen, production workers, warehouse staff, machine operators or electricians: we all work hand in hand in an experienced and responsible manner. We support each other. And the wishes of our customers. In doing so, we grow as a company and continue to develop as people. What characterises us as a team is the strength of each individual, our open-door culture and flat hierarchies. So we don’t just say that we react quickly and flexibly: we do!
