Internal sales representative (M/F/D)

Order verification and entry in the ERP system
Scheduling orders and coordinating with internal departments
Monitoring customer order schedules and communicating with our customers
Preparing and calculating quotations
Cross-departmental collaboration with purchasing, production, logistics, and accounting
Shipping processing and invoicing
Supporting accounting tasks, e.g., invoice verification

Completed commercial vocational training
At least some initial professional experience in sales administration
Confident use of and experience with MS
Office applications and ERP systems
A basic understanding of our technical field of activity would be helpful, but is not essential
Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
High degree of flexibility and resilience
High level of self-organization
