Quality ManagerHead of Quality Assurance (M/F/D)

Your responsibilities:

As head of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for implementing our quality objectives. You will lead a team that currently consists of three employees.

The most important tasks include, among others:

  • Maintaining and further developing our quality management system
  • Directing and controlling corrective and preventive measures
  • Promoting quality awareness to avoid errors in all areas of the company
  • Collaborating with and coordinating the test field
  • Monitoring regular tool testing, maintenance, and calibration of measuring equipment
  • Serving as the central point of contact for our customers, suppliers, and internal departments in matters relating to quality
  • Carrying out incoming goods inspections
  • Issuing CE declarations of conformity

Your profile

  • Technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d) or higher in the field of electrical engineering with many years of experience and work in a comparable position
  • Knowledge of the relevant quality management regulations
  • Comprehensive knowledge in the field of cable assembly and switch cabinet construction
  • Communicative personality with a high level of customer orientation and professional demeanor
  • Independent and careful way of working
    Confident use of MS Office applications and ERP systems
