As a buyer, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of materials in our production. You will always maintain an overview, even in the current very challenging market environment.
These are your most important activities:
Scheduling of external products in terms of deadlines, costs and quality
Implementation of price reduction measures
Operational order processing with deadline monitoring and escalation management
Management of missing parts
Close communication with sales and production planning
Finding new procurement sources for components that are difficult to procure
Processing complaints on the procurement side
Master data maintenance in procurement
Your profile:
Successfully completed commercial vocational training or studies
At least three years of professional experience in operational/strategic purchasing, ideally in the procurement of electronic components
Confident handling of MS Office applications and ERP systems
Self-confident, communicative demeanour
Strong coordination skills and ability to work under pressure
Independent, solution-orientated working style
